Project Information

The project involves the development of a water supply system designed for injection purposes at the intake area. This system, with a capacity of 400,000 barrels per day, includes essential facilities to meet the operator’s needs efficiently.

The project is divided into three key work areas:

WORK AREA (1) - SERVICE AREA 

This section comprises essential infrastructure, including:

• Administrative & control Building

• Accommodation Building

• Security Room 

• Warehouse 

• Services (water tanks and pumps)

• Electrical Room at Power Center 

WORK AREA (2) - WATER INTAKE AREA:

including Pumping system consist of Floating Pumps to Modified Gate, Flexible Hose, Sheet Pile, Existing Concrete Slab, and Flow Meter and all associated works and accessories 

WORK AREA (3) - EXCAVATION WORKS: 

Focused on deepening the existing riverbed to optimize water intake efficiency.

Project Duration:

4 months of construction and 60 months operation.

Current Status:

Pumping System: All pumps have been procured, delivered, installed, and commissioned. They are now fully operational, equipped with flow meters and advanced control & monitoring systems to ensure seamless operation.

Service Area Construction: All buildings within the service area have been successfully completed within the designated timeframe, creating a structured and well-equipped environment for efficient site management.

The system is fully functional, ensuring that water supply meets required nominations and complies with the client’s specifications.

Operational Excellence: 

Our team has consistently addressed technical challenges and proactively implemented solutions throughout the project. We are proud to report zero injuries during the entire construction phase, even in the face of incidents caused by adverse weather conditions. We successfully coordinated all necessary rehabilitation measures on-site and ensured our teams were equipped with essential facilities to enhance their performance. 

Our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team systematically managed risk by identifying potential threats and implementing comprehensive mitigation strategies. This diligent approach has resulted in a successful performance that aligns with the Client’s objectives and requirements.
