Project Information
This project provides a water supply service of treated water for injection into the oil reservoirs located in the oil field. It is designed to meet the high demand for water in the field. The system can supply from (350 -750) KBWPD from the intake to the water treatment plant to the client’s facility through a dedicated pipeline. The main pipeline, constructed from GRP, has a diameter of DN 1000 and extends for 20 KM from the intake to the water plant. Additionally, the system includes secondary pipelines serving two stations: the first station (DGS North) features an HDPE pipeline with a diameter of DN 600 and a length of 1.2 KM, while the second station (HAMMAR IPF) is connected via an HDPE pipeline, also DN 600, with a length of 7.2 KM.
WTP main components:
Lamella clarifiers
Main Densadeg Clarifiers with a capacity of 5000m3/hr.
Sludge Thickeners
UF system
RO system
Deaeration Tower
Project Period:
12 months of construction and 36 months operation.
Current Status:
All procured items for the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), pipeline, valve stations, as well as technical and non-technical buildings, have been shipped, delivered to the project site, installed, commissioned, and are now successfully operational.
The project is now in the operational stage, delivering water in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Operational Excellence:
Since the project entered the operational phase, it has maintained uninterrupted operations around the clock without experiencing any reported issues or downtime. This exceptional performance demonstrates the robustness of the system design, the quality of the infrastructure, and the effectiveness of the operations team.
Our commitment to operational excellence and rigid standards ensures consistent delivery of high-quality treated water, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This reliability is a testament to our rigorous maintenance protocols and proactive monitoring systems, establishing the project as a benchmark for similar initiatives.
